You may return apparel items for a store credit within 10 days of the date of delivery. All returns must be received in the original packaging, with tags attached and must not show any signs of wear. Items which have been damaged, washed and/or worn or stained with deodorant, or that have an odor of perfume or fragrance, will not be accepted.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR T-SHIRT OR JEWELRY ORDERS.
Kurated Kloset reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel customer orders due to:
1. Irregular or excessive returns;
2. Irregular or excessive returns involving washed and/or worn items;
3. Any and all fraudulent or potentially fraudulent activities.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request a return label. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a store credit for the total amount of the purchase within 3-5 days. You will receive an email notification when your store credit has been issued. A restocking fee of $4.50 will be deducted from your store credit at the time it is issued.
