When Will I Get My Order

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• We ship 2 times per week – WEDNESDAYS and SATURDAYS
• i.e. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday will ship WEDNESDAY; Orders placed Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will ship SATURDAY.
• Once your order is processed, it will ship on the following Wednesday or Saturday
• Your order is processed immediately after your payment information is entered and marked complete
• You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is completed
• All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail
• USPS shipping times are TYPICALLY 2-3 days. Shipping times can be delayed by the USPS. In those rare instances, additional shipping times due to USPS delays, are out of our control.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? (click RETURN POLICY to review our return policy in its entirety)

• A return label will be sent to you upon request
• Attach the label to the return envelope included with your order and drop it in the mail
• Once an acceptable return is received, please allow 3-5 days to receive your store credit via email
